Dr. Kishor R. Kolhe

I am Dr. Kishor Kolhe, Associate Professor, in the School of Computer Engineering and Technology at MIT World Peace University, Pune. My research interest primarily involves Network and Security, Software Engineering and Internet of Things. I always believe in improving education by investigating innovative pedagogies, interactive teaching practice with modern technology.

I have more than 24 years of teaching and industry experience also held various administrative positions like HOD, System In-charge, CEO (Examinations) etc. I am a Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Computer Society of India (CSI) and Fellow life member of Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). I have served as the organizing Co-Chair for National Conference held at MIT Campus. Besides this, organized numerous Faculty Development Programs, Seminars and Workshops for undergraduates and postgraduate students. My published work to date, (more than 50) in reputed Conferences and Journals cover the theoretical and experimental work in the related domain.

Computer Society of India (CSI) is the first and largest body of computer professionals in India. It was started on 6 March 1965 by a few computer professionals and has now grown to be the national body representing computer professionals.

I have attended and Organized Technical development programs for faculty and students which were supported by CSI Pune chapter.

Towards this end the Institution promotes and conducts basic engineering and continuing technical education programs for human resource development.
